A full house can still be a missed opportunity. Underpriced front sections, presales that leak to resellers, a bar line that kills per-caps and sponsorship that never gets activated all cost real money.
Soundcheque brings the view of someone who has run ticketing for major festivals, concerts and sport. We look at your event the way a promoter's P&L does: where the revenue comes from, where it slips away, and what it would take to capture it.
Every recommendation comes with the size of the opportunity, the assumptions behind it, and the numbers that will tell you it worked.
Services
Engagements are scoped to the size and type of event. A regional festival, an arena tour and a sports franchise have very different economics, so the advice is built for yours.
Pricing architecture, on-sale timing and inventory allocation that lift net revenue without hurting the sell-out.
Growing spend per attendee and the value of every partnership, from the gate to the bar to the hospitality suite.
Clear profit and loss structure, tighter cost control and stronger positions with venues and vendors.
Turning fan data into revenue, fixing the systems that slow teams down, and building the people who run it.
Approach
Review ticketing reports, settlements and commercial results to see where money is being left behind.
Put a dollar range on each opportunity and state the assumptions so you can test them.
Build a plan that fits your on-sale calendar, your team and your appetite for risk.
Agree the metrics up front and track them through on-sale, show day and settlement.
Who we work with
Multi-day and single-day events, from regional to major.
National and international tours, club to arena.
Arenas, theatres and stadiums looking to grow yield and per-caps.
Clubs, leagues and one-off events selling season and match-day tickets.
About
Soundcheque was founded by a former Director of Ticketing who has run ticketing operations for festivals, concerts and sporting events at both small and large scale.
That operational background shapes the work. Advice is practical, built around real on-sale calendars and real teams, and honest about risk. Where a number can't be backed up, we say so.
